Here, your career will take off
As a Test Automation Developer Intern, you will work closely with our developers and other QA team members. Your main mission will be to design, develop and maintain automated tests as well as carry out manual tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.
What you’ll do here:
Write and maintain automated test scripts in Java, Javascript and Kotlin.
Perform manual testing to identify issues not covered by automated testing.
Use testing frameworks such as Appium (an asset).
Run automated tests on different device versions and configurations.
Analyze test results, identify anomalies and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Document test plans, test cases and test results.
Prepare test reports and dashboards to track test progress and quality.
Work closely with team members to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Participate in team meetings, code reviews and discussions on testing strategies.
What you bring to the table:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD, in computer science, software engineering or a related field
Available to work with us 35 hours per week for Summer 2025 (May 5 – August 22)
Available to work from the office 2 days a week (and 3 from home)
Must be returning to school in Summer or Fall 2025 following your internship
Have completed at least one university internship;
Have skills in object-oriented programming;
Have experience in Java programming;
Have knowledge of design patterns in development;
Good understanding of the CI/CD concept
Good knowledge of Atlassian, Confluence and JIRA (an asset)
Understand the basics of agile scrum methodology (Scrum);
Have a good understanding of the entire software development cycle;
Bilingualism is ESSENTIAL (French and English) * Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
