Job Description:
As a WFH Financial Services Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across Financial Services sectors. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
Source and screen potential Financial Services candidates through various platforms and networks
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Services clients and candidates
Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within the Financial Services sectors.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within the Financial Services sectors
Requirements:
Proven experience in Financial Services recruitment or talent acquisition for Financial Services roles is an added advantage
Experience working in Financial Services industries is a plus but MUST have an interest in recruitment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
