Job Description: As a WFH Oil & Gas Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across Oil & Gas industries. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided! Key Responsibilities: Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential Oil & Gas clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
