You will work with the chatbots we are building to measure their progress, as well as write and evaluate code. To apply for this role, you must be proficient in at least one programming language/framework (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems (similar to those on LeetCode or HackerRank). For each coding problem, you should be able to explain how your solution addresses the problem. As part of our application process, you will need to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find that our most successful candidates typically work between 5 to 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 40 hours. This is a full-time or part-time remote position, allowing you to choose which projects you wish to work on and to set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, starting at $40 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Payments will be handled via PayPal, and we will never ask for any money from you.
