Responsibilities Engage in and support Architectural decisions Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with product owners to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in evolving development processes, including planning & code-review Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure performance. Support and mentor Jr team members. Experience/Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience as a software developer. Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a small team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Probably).
