They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and a Staff AI Infra Engineer. *Why join us?* Competitive Compensation, Great Benefits, Remote Work, Growth Opportunity, Great Culture, PTO, 401K, and much more! *Job Details* Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end development of customer-facing features for the AI reliability platform * Design reusable, intuitive frontend components that make complex AI workflows easy to understand * Work cross-functionally with researchers to translate cutting-edge AI ideas into usable tools * Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, streamline workflows, and improve usability * Build highly available and performant web applications using modern tools like React, TypeScript, and Python * Contribute to backend systems and data architecture using technologies like Go, Rust, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB Requirement * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of experience for Senior and 7+ YOE for Staff * Proven track record building, shipping, and scaling complex distributed systems that solve critical business problems * Experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or Rust * Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases * Have built and/or operated large scale, GPU-based model training and serving infrastructure * Are deeply knowledgeable about modern cloud infrastructure, including technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform, and platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure * Strong product sense with an eye for user experience and clean design * Comfort in startup environments and willingness to own broad areas of the stack * Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing directly with customers Senior Role * Expertise in TypeScript and React * Experience with product management (unofficial or official) * Built and deployed LLM-based applications (e.g., agents, chatbots) * Worked in a founding engineer or technical leadership role at a startup * Experience with Kubernetes Interested in hearing more?
