Responsibilities:

You may be a good match for this role if you:
Demonstrated ability to empathize with end-users, maintaining a product-focused mindset that aligns technical direction with product objectives.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, adept at prototyping, experimenting, and iterating—including discarding code—to achieve product-market fit.
Demonstrate sound judgement in determining whether to augment existing systems or to quickly prototype new features.
Deep technical expertise with a proven track record in setting strategic technical directions, making architectural decisions, and influencing cross-functional teams.
Practical problem-solving skills that consider trade-offs and avoid over-engineering, coupled with a strong motivation to learn and expand your expertise across new domains.
Experience in designing, building, and operating distributed systems characterized by high availability, throughput, fault tolerance, and performance.
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for guiding and mentoring colleagues, and effective at conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams through clear communication, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
Ability to work with senior leadership to develop long-term technical strategies and map business goals to appropriate technology investments.
Curiosity about a broad range of technologies, organizational structures, and product visions, with a commitment to high-quality and high-performance product outcomes.
